HireGiant Ltd are looking for a Office Administrator.
The Administrative Assistant / Transport Clerk will be responsible for:
Accepting inbound calls from customers, taking orders over the phone, inputting the orders correctly on to the system which will then be dispatched.
The client will offer a permanent role to the worker that meets their working standard.
The Administrative Assistant / Transport Clerk will require:
Organisation and Time Management.
Written and Verbal Communication.
You will have to understand and follow instructions, you will have to transmit information clearly and honestly. All of these tasks require excellent communication skills including speaking and writing, listening, and reading.
Accuracy and Attention to Detail:
Attention to detail is a critical in taking small/large orders from current and new customers.
Hours & Pay:
This position will be Monday - Friday
Starting between 08:30 and 16:30.
