About the Role
Are you ready to make a difference and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality services across Bradford and Keighley? Humankind, New Vision Bradford, is seeking an enthusiastic part-time administrator (22 hours per week), we are flexible with the days you work, however, Fridays may be essential, to play a crucial role in our mission. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
- Accurately perform data entry on computer systems, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with our team of professionals to support service delivery across Bradford and Keighley.
- Participate in team meetings, providing valuable input to enhance our processes and services.
- Proactively assist with any other administrative duties as needed to meet organisational goals.
- Demonstrated experience in administration, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in data handling, data entry, and computer systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, driven to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
- A genuine interest in supporting our mission to make a positive impact in the community.
