About the Role
Job Description
- Manage and grow a book of business up to $1M of reoccurring revenue for contracted services while exceeding revenue targets for this book of business.
- Identify key challenges within the client’s business and provide projects to solve these challenges resulting in 1.4x multiple on the contracted MRR.
- Communicate regularly with 1Path clients via email, telephone, and in-person to ensure key needs are met.
- Effectively manage complex negotiations to drive the best mutual outcome for 1Path and our clients.
- Bring thoughtful information about the marketplace to 1Path’s leadership so that we may rapidly advance our go-to-market strategy.
- Facilitate quarterly Client Business Reviews to drive thoughtful solutions to clients. This includes creating a clear roadmap from the defined current state to the client’s desired state.
- Maintain ownership of client’s core business purpose, needs, and IT budgets to ensure proactive elimination of challenges
- Work with 1Path internal service teams to ID opportunities for solving reoccurring problems within client’s technology environment

- Highly organized and proficient in CRM SaaS platforms.
- Manages personal progress effectively and would be described as a “self-starter” by colleagues in previous roles.

- Ability to lead from within and negotiate internally to achieve the desired outcome for deals.
- Demonstrates strong reasoning, problems solving, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years demonstrated account-management and sales.
- 5+ years selling Cloud, Security, or IT Managed Services to the mid-market.

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The hiring pay range for this position is anticipated between $100,000 - $120,000 annually.
