Night Guest Service Agent
Courtyard Oxford South is looking for a Night Guest Service Agent to join the Front of House team. Courtyard by Marriott Oxford South, is a short distance to iconic Oxford and has proximity to Abingdon, Didcot Garden Town, Milton Park, Harwell and Bicester Village.
Night Guest Service Agent (Front Office) – The Role
- Play a vital role in delivering lifelong memorable experiences in our hotel for our guests.
- Work on your own initiative and work closely with the Front office team to create an amazing guest journey.
- Help drive, maintain, and exceed guest experience targets.
- Enable the hotel to be renowned for its guest engagement.
Night Guest Service Agent - Responsibilities
- Set the tone of the guests experience by being the first and last person they see.
- Go above and beyond to ensure a memorable visit.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Check in, Check out, guest services
- Housekeeping, room service and other requests
- Adopt an enthusiastic, assertive and passionate approach to guest service, and demonstrates the Marriott & Hotel Values at every opportunity.
- Night audit, meeting room set up
Guest Service Agent - Person Specification
- Previous guest service experience preferred.
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service.
- A natural guest service person.
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
- Cash handling experience is useful.
- Desirable experience of Marriott or comparable luxury brand.
