We are looking for two full time administrators to join the Administration Team at here within the Women's and Children's Hospital at Hull University Teaching Hospital. As an Administrator, you will support the administration team to manage the end to end clinical administrative processes associated to the patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients, in order to deliver a high quality administration service, for our patients and customers .
The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads. As an Administratoryou will be involved in the end to end patient pathway providing administrative support to our your line managers within Administration and the wider organisation.
Our Administratorsplay a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway and supporting the wider team. Our roles are varied and challenging and your day to day duties may include;
- Management of appointments
- Face to face Patient contact
- Reception duties
- Typing correspondence
- Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
Although previous administration experience would be helpful, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting and those with a 'can do' attitude. Candidates should possess the following skills;
