Responsibilities:

• Designing webpages that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Creating and managing databases.
• Creating advertising flyer for compatibility across multiple browsers and devices.
• Working with clients to understand their needs and develop custom solutions.
• Collaborating with other web developers to ensure the Graphics is up-to-date and functioning properly.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing experience across different devices
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make improvements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web design
• CRM
• Social media and digital marketing experience is a bonus

Experience:A good eye for design

• Good graphic design & Photoshop skills
• Good problem solving skills and an ability to work unaided
• An understanding of HTML/CSS
• Understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design
• Understanding of SEO
• Understanding of cross-browser and device compatibility
• Motivated team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Good written English and spelling / copywriting skills
• Web design or WordPress experience or a design related qualification
• The ability to work to deadlines and self organise multiple simultaneous projects
• CRM
• Social media

Salary: £22,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
