Duties to involve:
- General day-to-day administration tasks - 90% of your role will be spent acknowledging the customers and clients by responding to emails with a limited number of calls.
- Maintain and update inhouse client records
- Assist the Sales department with any tenders received
- Help accounts with any discrepancies
- In the absence of the Client Support Manager, to deputise where required
- Answer phone calls from customers and deal with problems as they arise.
