Role: Administrative Assistant
Type: Part-Time (3 days a week)
Location: Fully remote with occasional in-person meetings in London
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible)
Salary: £27,500 to £30,000

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management.
  • Manage and organise digital files, documents, and databases efficiently.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings as needed.
  • Respond to emails, inquiries, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth communication and work-flow.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with team members and clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Previous remote work experience is a plus.
