We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing advice on products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to close deals. The Sales Advisor will also be responsible for identifying potential sales opportunities and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Main duties include:
- Developing sound customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
- Working within the sales team on sales of product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries
- Fully satisfy customer needs in respect of any part orders, respects or queries they may have
- Contribute to a positive team performance whilst working on personal benchmarks to optimise personal performance and work on sales product promotions
- Develop knowledge and understanding of products
The successful Sales Advisor will have / be:

- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and ability to prioritise effectively
- Good people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, senior management and customers
- Hands-on and delivery focused, committed to achieving KPI's and results.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,722.00-£27,199.00 per year
