Robin AI is on a mission to revolutionize the legal industry by simplifying contracts and making law accessible to everyone. We utilize cutting-edge machine learning and contract software, enhancing traditional legal services and bringing together experts in engineering, AI, and law. Robin AI has recently raised $10.5m Series A funding, whilst also turning cash flow positive and seeing an impressive 20x revenue growth in the last 12 months.
The Role
The successful candidate will be the primary IT support contact for all Robin employees, both in the UK at our London office as well as with staff in the UK, US and Australia. You will join a company that is at a pivotal phase, and will contribute to our continued success and growth. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and demonstrate strong ownership of tasks. You will be required to work from our office at Devonshire Squareminimum3 days a week, with flexibility on a need basis.
Tech Stack
Responsibilities
Setting up and installing new computers, networks, and software packages for all new joiners; acting as the first line and second line of IT support.
Troubleshooting and support for staff on IT issues such as mobile, desktop, audio/video etc.
Procurement, asset and inventory management for all IT hardware.
Supporting on client procurement questionnaires.
Upholding ISO security standards, as well as ensuring security procedures are implemented, enforced, and reviewed.
Assisting on policy and procedure creation. Periodic auditing of process to ensure appropriate levels of compliance.
Training all staff on internal IT policies, including in-person sessions and the creation of user guides and documentation.
Assisting with desk moves, new equipment, and cabling.
Supporting office events by providing and supporting technical solutions where needed.
Your Skills
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills both in person and remote, to support global Robin offices.
Proactively identify trends to continuously improve technology, systems, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Professional and flexible approach.
