Job description

We are seeking a full-time veterinary receptionist for our busy one doctor practice.

Job Details:
  • An experienced receptionist is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • A description of a great candidate would include being a self-starter, team player.
  • Able to keep a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, and friendly customer service.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Answering phones.
  • Responding to and sending emails.
  • Checking clients in and out, scanning, and contacting other veterinary hospitals.

Experience with Cornerstone and/or NaVetor is a plus!
