We are seeking a full-time veterinary receptionist for our busy one doctor practice.

- An experienced receptionist is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A description of a great candidate would include being a self-starter, team player.
- Able to keep a positive attitude under pressure.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, and friendly customer service.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones.
- Responding to and sending emails.
- Checking clients in and out, scanning, and contacting other veterinary hospitals.
Experience with Cornerstone and/or NaVetor is a plus!
