Job Details:
Next Guest Cleaning is seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our Vancouver team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail-orientated, honest, and a team player.
The successful applicant will be a self-starter who is organized and displays a strong work ethic. If selected, you will work on a variety of tasks at households/businesses across Vancouver. We have a varied daily schedule, and tasks will change from day to day. Responsibilities:
- Clean furniture and other surfaces
- Clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and other living spaces
- Wash windows and walls
- Empty trash cans and take out the trash
- Clean carpets, rugs, and upholstery
- Deep clean appliances such as fridges, microwaves, and ovens
- Adhere to safe handling practices regarding cleaning equipment, tools, and products
Requirements:
- Self-motivated
- MUST possess a willingness to learn
- Cleaning experience is an asset but NOT mandatory
- Diligent and strong work ethic
- Well organized
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, and move items, including cleaning tools, water buckets, furniture, and garbage, in loads up to 20 pounds
- A cleared background check
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
