We are currently looking for a People & Culture Administrator/Receptionist to join our amazing and creative People & Culture team!

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into People & Culture and looking to develop their career with an award-winning company.

This is a full-time position with hours between Monday – Friday based in our Central Office in Belgravia.

What are the key responsibilities of a People & Culture Administrator/Receptionist?

  • You will be the face of our Central Office, welcoming all employees and visitors to the building
  • To administer details for all new starters including contracts and offer letters in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Finance and other departments to ensure payroll is run smoothly on a monthly basis
  • Opportunity to get involved in recruitment for our properties in the UK, visiting schools and universities and promoting careers in hospitality
  • Administer monthly tasks such as invoices, running reports, oversee long service awards and our recommend a friend scheme
  • Compile our company newsletter
  • To assist with the organisation and planning of our employees' social events
  • To control and maintain stock levels of departmental stationery
  • Be responsible for sending and chasing employee references
  • Supporting the wider People & Culture team


What are we looking for in a People & Culture Administrator/Receptionist?
