The Role
Finding the best talent in the market is pivotal to our ambitious plans for the future of Dojo, we’re expanding the Talent team to make sure we’re consistently reaching top talent and providing a market leading candidate experience. You’ll be responsible for attracting, engaging and hiring the best talent in the market across our corporate and commercial functions. Partnering closely with stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs, and taking ownership over creating strategic headhunting initiatives to identify the best possible people for Dojo. Additionally, you will be heavily involved in helping us build a scalable, partnership driven recruitment infrastructure within the business.
What you will do…
  • Partner with hiring managers across Corporate & Commercial functions to understand their requirements, identify hiring pains, and proactively drive solutions
  • Engage with passive candidates through a variety of sources - going above and beyond to identify high quality & diverse talent
  • Hold detailed exploratory calls to truly understand candidate’s suitability for specific positions as well as alignment to Dojo’s values and traits
  • Advocate & execute exceptional Candidate Experience whilst always being an active and engaging brand ambassador for Dojo
  • Collaborate with People Partners and Talent Development to provide a 360 experience to your stakeholders
What you will bring...
  • Demonstrated experience hiring across non-technical teams, ideally but not necessarily at a fast paced, high growth tech company
  • Proven track record of successfully applying diversity equity and inclusion practices
  • The ability to influence, you must be a talented communicator and have a data driven approach
  • The ability to thrive within a pressurised, fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • A strategic, long term approach - you think about the bigger picture to solve current and future problems
  • The maturity to respond to knock-backs or challenges without being disheartened

Salary range: £45,000-60,000 depending on experience and skillset.
