Job description

To develop and maintain electronic filing system, including scanning documents and linking them to the patients records. Data input in the clinical IT system (SystemOne) and have excellent knowledge of the system to provide support to the clinical staff as and when required. Manage external appointments. Liaise with Hospital and Prison Departments regarding security for escorts, arrange appointments on electronic clinical system and ensure all appropriate paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Liaise with relevant staff/departments/agencies with regard to unplanned external appointments Responsible for arranging appropriate gate passes and risk assessments for all visitors to prison healthcare.
