Our client is an RCVS accredited small animal practice in Central Scotland. It is a modern and well-equipped practice with three consult rooms and separate cat and dog wards. They focus on providing excellent client and patient care and provide all usual services including dental x-ray, acupuncture, and physiotherapy.

There is a strong and friendly team made up of 11 Veterinary Surgeons, 8 Veterinary Nurses, 6 Support team members, including a vet with a dentistry certificate. There’s a great team who are now looking for a Regsitered veterinary Nurse to join them.

No two days are ever the same but some day-to-day duties will include:

• Nurse consults
• Theatre work
• Medical nursing
• Nurse clinics
• Supporting with reception if there is a need

Consulting at the clinic is a fantastic opportunity to develop your consulting skills and help the team improve and develop the amazing service they provide to their lovely pet owners. The environment is busy, positive, and rewarding.

This is a full time positions for 4 or 5 days weekly(flexible) if 5 days 8-4 & 10-6 shifts, 4 days 8-6 shifts. 1 in 4 Saturday morning shifts. No OOH, salary for the role is up to £29,000 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be hard working, good at multi-tasking and above all a team player. The role would be suitable for an experienced registered veterinary nurse.
