Job description
Applicants for this post should have GCSE Maths and English A C or equivalent andRSA IlI Typing/word processing or equivalent You will need to have good verbal/written communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and be able to take minutes for a variety of meetings. Experience of working in an office environment, with a good knowledge of IT Systems and a comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office software Ideally you will have experience of working in health or health related environment / administration role, processing referrals, managing waiting lists and clinical caseloads. You will need to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and work as part of a team, with the ability to prioritise own work load Good understanding of confidentiality is essential and ideally you will have experience of data collection and analysis
