Salary
£26,000 - £28,000 (Fully Negotiable) + Paid Certifications & Progression Opportunities & 5* Training And Development - Really exciting position with tonnes of growth potential
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration and client relationship support to the Wealth Management & Financial Advisory Team
- Process client instructions in an accurate and timely manner, and in accordance with company UK AML policy;
- Liaise with Advisers and management to ensure effective and compliant delivery of allocated duties;
- Establish and maintain client records within the company systems
- Liaise with the Client Services and Paraplanning Team as and when necessary
- Liaise with company back office departments in relation to cash/stock movements, client reporting, account queries and any other client queries
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of agreed actions arising from client meetings and to service existing clients
Ideal Person:
- A strong client focus to ensure effective service delivery;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to quickly build effective relationships at all levels of the business, including work colleagues, external clients, product providers and other such professional connections;
- Display a positive approach to change, remain calm and work well under pressure;
- Effective time and caseload management capabilities to meet strict deadlines;
Desirable Criteria
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of financial planning products, services and issues, in particular in the areas of investment, pensions and protection
- Relevant experience in the use of financial services back-office systems and relevant knowledge of the UK regulatory framework.
