Position: International Advisor – Customer Service
Contract Type: Full-time, 12 month fixed-term contract
Grade & Salary: Level 1, up to £22,000 base depending on experience
Location: Slough - Hybrid working

About the role.
We are looking for an energetic, self-sufficient individual to join our international team responsible for providing gold-standard customer service to all our customers and DHL partners. You will take ownership for the investigation and resolution of queries received via email, CRM tools, and sometimes, telephone queries.
To be successful in this role, you need to have a can-do attitude, customer-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills, written skills in particular. We invite all experience levels to apply, even those who have no or little experience. We are offering this opportunity as a 12 month, fixed-term contract, however due to business growth we believe this may progress into a permeant opportunity.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include the following:
- Promote a customer focused approach within DHL Parcel UK.
- Remain positive and enthusiastic during every customer contact.
- Update all key information in the systems clearly and concisely, ensuring customers are updated regularly with progress on their query.
- Ensure communication is in a timely and professional manner and the query resolved to the customers satisfaction.
- Invoke the department escalation process when needed.
- Work consistently to the highest standards to achieve or exceed both individual and team Quality Targets, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements in line with department objectives.

- Excellent communications skills, particular written as this will be the main means of communication.
