The Operations manager responsibilities include:
- * Overseeing the full installation process
- * Managing fitting teams, on and off site
- * Scheduling installations and callouts
- * Procurement of equipment
- * Diary management
- * Liaising with clients, suppliers, and regulators
- * Adhering to Health and safety procedures
- * Recruitments of new teams due to expansion
- * Quality inspections and ensuring all installations are completed within the allocated time schedule.
- The ideal candidate will:
- * Must have experience in either the renewables sector or project management
- * Electrical/engineering experience is preferred but not essential
- * Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- * Have strong leadership skills
- * Hold a full UK driving licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year + bonuses
