We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant, based at Miller Street Garage. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

As the successful candidate, you will provide an efficient and professional administration support to the operational unit at Miller Street and support the delivery of management objectives.

What you'll do...

Provide administrative services and support for the Operations Manager and local management team, utilising IT packages as appropriate.
Manage systems, ensuring matters are processed within given deadlines.
Collate statistics for weekly and monthly reports for submission to the Operations Manager, local management team and Board of Directors.
Record absences, holidays and assisting payroll as required.
Ensure the telephone is answered and calls forwarded to relevant individuals.
Inputting revenue statistics into report system.
Assist with the coordination of lost property.
