We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant, based at Miller Street Garage. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
As the successful candidate, you will provide an efficient and professional administration support to the operational unit at Miller Street and support the delivery of management objectives.
What you'll do...
- Provide administrative services and support for the Operations Manager and local management team, utilising IT packages as appropriate.
- Manage systems, ensuring matters are processed within given deadlines.
- Collate statistics for weekly and monthly reports for submission to the Operations Manager, local management team and Board of Directors.
- Record absences, holidays and assisting payroll as required.
- Ensure the telephone is answered and calls forwarded to relevant individuals.
- Inputting revenue statistics into report system.
- Assist with the coordination of lost property.
