About the Role
We will provide you with full training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to enable you to safely and effectively work as part of our production team where you will…
- Carry out various machinery operations (prep plant, extrusion, setting, dehacker and kiln)
- Ensure optimum production targets, minimum waste and the highest levels of consistent quality are achieved
- Ensure safe working at all times with a right first time every time by everyone attitude to produce a cost effective, quality product
- Actively take part in any training to enhance your role
- Operating Forklift Truck
Hours of Work: 6.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Wednesday) and 6.00am to 4.30pm (Thursday)
About You
- Previous manufacturing experience working with machinery within an automated manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of health and safety
- Able to work to production targets
- Ability to understand work instructions (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Team player with the ability to work unsupervised
- Flexible approach to duties as well as willingness to work overtime
- Current / valid RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS or CPCS forklift truck license with recent driving experience within the last six months is desirable
