About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the School of Allied Health, Social Work and Wellbeing Administration Team to undertake a wide range of administrative support and deliver an outstanding student experience to meet the business needs of the school. The post will have an integrated portfolio of responsibilities which will support the full student journey from recruitment to award, together with the general business functions of the school.
You will have a key role in supporting the HEE funded programmes within the School of Allied Health, Social Work and Wellbeing, being responsible for supporting with the tracking and monitoring of students on programme as well as supporting the administration team in the day to day running of the programmes. You will also have responsibility for a range of administration activities, working closely with colleagues across the school in both Ormskirk and Manchester and wider university departments.
About You
As Administration Assistant, you will:
- Be confident in using different Microsoft packages
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have good organisational skills
- Have excellent time management skills
- Be able to work flexibility and independently
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise in order to meet deadlines
