Forefront Healthcare is looking for a (Remote) Recruiter. We are growing quickly and need a motivated Recruiter who will engage quality talent! Our company has expanded the business in Montana with hourly roles such as Cooks, Dietary Aides, Servers, Dishwashers, Housekeepers, etc.

We are looking for a Recruiter who can work in a fast-paced environment and who will keep up with the growth of our business. This Recruiter position will identify, recruit, and screen potential employees for specific positions focusing on hourly roles. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consults with Forefront Hiring Managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
- Support new businesses with on-site recruiting. (Which may include travel in Montana)
- Post jobs to ATS and Social media platforms
- Sourcing candidates both hourly and in management.
- Assist the VP of Talent Acquisition with strategies to increase the hourly talent pool.
- Build pipelines of talent and pro-market candidates to the Forefront operations units.
- Collects and analyzes data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
- Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
- Screen candidates, select qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with clients or hiring managers.
- Counsels’ candidates on the interview and hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates to enhance the candidate experience.
- Organizes and attends job fairs, account openings, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
- Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a hire can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
- Coordinates interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers
- Works with Human Resources in Montana to support the process.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude in conducting interviews.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Travel required 0-30% (in Montana)
- Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
- Smart Recruiters ATS is a plus.
- Proficient in Google platform, Microsoft Office Suite or related software; understands technology.
- Agility to balance multiple tasks.
Additional Information
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience required.
Travel required: 0-30% in the state of Montana
