The purpose of film production is to present our amazing products and promote our core brand values in the most visually engaging way, delivering the most effective commercials on time and on budget. We’re looking for an enthusiastic food lover with bags of common sense to assist the Film Production Lead in all areas, including budgeting, pre-production, filming, post-production and everything in between.
The Production Assistant will specifically support the Film Production Lead in:
- Finding production solutions to best support the creative
- Director searches, meetings and treatments
- Preparing for pre-production meetings and taking minutes
- Pre-production processes – budgeting, casting, ordering food, shoot prep etc
- Running shoots – including studio food shoots and live action on location
- Post-production processes – editing, sound design, visual effects etc
- Vast administration (contracts, POs, supplier payments, factsheets, Clearcast approvals, playouts)

- Interest in the moving image landscape and processes
- Excellent grasp of strategic and creative thinking, and how they inform production objectives
- Keen eye for detail, accuracy and consistency
- Desire to learn new things
- Unflappable demeanour, even under pressure
- Confident with numbers, schedules, spreadsheets and formulas
- Multi-task across multiple projects
- Work to daily deadlines and react to changing priorities
- Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders within and outside of the marketing team
