BE Uniforms are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Customer support team in Edinburgh.
The job will be dealing with uniform enquiries in Workwear, Schoolwear and Teamwear.
The job is office-based, and the successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with uniform and team-wear enquiries.
No experience is necessary as full training will be given.
Requirements:
- Good organisation skills;
- Efficient in handling enquiries, processing orders and checking stock with suppliers;
- Pleasant telephone manner;
- High level of customer service skills;
- Comfortable dealing with customers face to face;
- Basic computer knowledge;
- Work well under pressure
- Interest in Sports would be very beneficial
There is also an element of sales, giving customers ideas on products and logo's as well as account management and making sure customers are happy.
