ABOUT THE JOB:
The Engineering Administrative Assistant tasks are to coordinate various administrative duties related to Engineering designs, scheduling, and sales efforts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate engineering designs and ensure that they meet all project requirements.
- Coordinate the schedule and production of drawings and incorporate them into existing drafting systems.
- Review production specifications, modifying equipment settings, and facilitating design concepts.
- Participate in design/engineering meetings to suggest ways to improve production and performance while using fewer company resources.
- Provide design support to internal and external customers by facilitating specialized aspects and expertise in different engineering concepts, as well as design and implement engineering methodologies to maintain consistency.
- Enforce and ensure compliance with industry codes, project requirements, and safety regulations.
- Compile and report on process safety information for each project drawing.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere.
- Assist with project work as directed by Department Manager.
- Comply with all ParkUSA policies, procedures and guidelines.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in engineering related field of equivalent experience.
- Experience working in Salesforce and SAP required.
- Experience working in AutoCAD preferred.
- Construction Industry preferred.
