Job description

Description: Client Account Manager with responsibility for account strategy, team management, work delivery, client reporting, delivery team hiring and training, sales support, and resource management.

Responsibilities:

Sales

• Account audits, written and video

Client Work

• Create client account strategies
• Create timetables for delivery of client work
• Manage client communications via phone, email, IM, video

Reporting

• Meet with clients regularly to update progress
• Create update videos and reports for clients

Team Management

• Create work plans for delivery team
• Create SOPs
• Create training program for new team members
• Develop delivery team structure and hierarchy
• Quality control work from delivery team

Resource Management

• Manage the available team hours to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
• Forward plan the required team hours to ensure we meet projected demand

Hours: 40

Working times: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Holidays: 20

Place of work: Remote, home based

Remuneration: DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £31,452.00-£35,827.00 per year
