Description: Client Account Manager with responsibility for account strategy, team management, work delivery, client reporting, delivery team hiring and training, sales support, and resource management.

Responsibilities:
Sales
- Account audits, written and video
Client Work
- Create client account strategies
- Create timetables for delivery of client work
- Manage client communications via phone, email, IM, video
Reporting
- Meet with clients regularly to update progress
- Create update videos and reports for clients
Team Management
- Create work plans for delivery team
- Create SOPs
- Create training program for new team members
- Develop delivery team structure and hierarchy
- Quality control work from delivery team
Resource Management
- Manage the available team hours to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Forward plan the required team hours to ensure we meet projected demand
Hours: 40
Working times: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Holidays: 20
Place of work: Remote, home based
Remuneration: DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £31,452.00-£35,827.00 per year
