Job description
We are seeking to appoint a Head of International to operationally manage all aspects of our International Office across recruitment, admissions, and marketing. The post holder will play a key role in the successful implementation of our international recruitment strategy and development of the international recruitment operational plan, managing the overseas and UK based international recruitment team, and delivering our ambitious international recruitment targets.
The International Office is responsible for promoting the University, the value of creative education, and the arts internationally, alongside the recruitment of international undergraduate and postgraduate students. Working with the Associate Director International, you will help develop an operational market plan and implement the international strategy with a set of ambitious key performance indicators.
We are looking for a professional with demonstrable experience of all elements of international recruitment of students, including strategic oversight of recruitment activities, leading admissions and compliance processes, and partnership development, with significant experience and stakeholder network in India and South Asia.
The successful candidate will have the skills, knowledge and judgement needed to lead and manage the team to deliver targets, with the ability to identify and develop stakeholder networks and partner relationships. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will be highly organised, with a commitment to research and data-driven analysis and decision making. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels is essential.

Salary: £43,414 to £51,805 per annum
