A role on the Enterprise Insights team means you will be a champion for our current and future guests, inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. Under your leadership, your team will help partners build consumer-centric strategies and activations.
As a Senior Insights Analyst, Experience Measurement Insights, you will report to the Director, Experience insights, and will have responsibility for building insights from Target’s experience measurement capabilities. You will be responsible for proactively identifying trends and insights from the continuous guest feedback Target receives across all guest touchpoints – stores, digital, and service centers. You’ll bring these insights to life in compelling ways that guides actions and influences choices across the enterprise. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the broader Experience Measurement team in continuously improving our guest experience measurement capabilities – both internally and across key retail competitors.
You will be responsible for executing guest or consumer research to support key initiatives. You will partner with internal team members and external partners to execute work. Most importantly, you will learn the fundamentals of Insights and retail.

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
0-2 years of work experience in Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, and/or Experience Insights
Knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated and first-party insight tools
Ability to analyze consumer data and communicate findings in a compelling way to leaders and cross-functional team members.
