Job description
We are looking for an experienced and flexible project manager to own key business change projects for our Global Customer Partnerships (GCP) organisation. The role will be required to co-ordinate scoping, planning and delivery across this large and diverse global function as well as coordinating with other support global teams. This is a high profile role working with senior leaders and external parties around the business on a regular basis.
The role may be based in our Canary Wharf office, or remotely in the UK. Candidates outside London should be based within reasonable commuting distance, as frequent travels in the office would be required. The frequency will be agreed upon with the management team, depending on your possibilities and the business needs.
The contract will be fixed-term for a duration of 9 months, with a possible 6 months extension.
Key responsibilities:
- Change management activities across GCP's strategic priorities
- Project management, tracking and reporting of complex multi-functional initiatives engaging with servicing, supplier relations, marketing and other areas as required
- Ownership and/or oversight of some supporting BAU operational processes
A strong candidate will:
- have a demonstrable experience in the delivery of customer-impacting projects
- have experience and enthusiasm for driving engagement and participation in a range of teams and functions to deliver best outcomes
- be commercially focused, to understand the wider business environment and what priorities are for the field and leadership and identify opportunities to enable them
- be able to adapt to changing priorities through a flexible approach to delivery
Desirable skills:
- Strong analytical background, naturally curious
- Previous experience in a charge focused role in a global organisation
- Previous marketing experience
- A passion for delivering complex change effectively
- Experience of change management of organisational integration or M&A activity
