The Role
Our approach is focused on empowering patients to self-manage, giving brilliant access for patients and delivering great care – all with a sensible workload for our clinicians.
You will be working within a skilled and friendly team, ensuring the level of clinical care offered goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. Your team will include GPs, a practice manager, a combination of nurses, pharmacists, healthcare assistants, and an administration team supporting the practice too. Outside of the practice you will be supported by a locally based head office team providing governance, HR, and IT support.
You will have support to facilitate your development and aspirations, whilst reporting and being supported by our Medical Director, Dr Richard Palin. You will work with Richard by ensuring that quality is at the heart of everything we do within the surgery, providing a framework for clinical governance and supporting our clinical teams in providing high quality care to our patients.
We work hard to develop our practices to make sure patients get the very best care, and that we have the very best people working in them!
Come and work at Spirit Health for a motivating experience, giving you the opportunity to shape primary care with passion, aspiration and innovatively!
We have varying sessions available, so you have the flexibility to choose sessions that work for you. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values their people over process, and we would love to hear from you!
