Job description
We are currently recruiting for Office Assistant to join our team. Please note this is an immediate start for the right candidate.
Duties:
- Accurately update systems, databases and records as required.
- Undertake general office administration duties
- Reviewing and attending to emails
- Answering the phone
- Using multiple external customers databases and systems
- Various support throughout the office as required
