About the Role:
Jones Bros are seeking a plant department administrative clerk to assist in the day to day running of a busy plant department that provides heavy plant, equipment and services in support of civil engineering projects across the UK.
Key Duties:
General administration support for the company fleet and plant.
Collection mileages and updating service records.
Processing job cards and invoices.
MOT assistance.
Assistance with booking services and repairs
Assistance with renewing of licences.
Updating hours on the company plant capture system.
Updating machine locations.
Processing fitters timesheets.
Answering incoming telephone calls.
Assisting with graphs for KPIs.
What we are looking for
Good eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good team player.
Previous experience of working with a document management system and Microsoft office tools (outlook, word) an advantage.
Previous plant hire or construction industry experience an advantage.
Previous knowledge of the servicing and MOT requirements of vehicles an advantage.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills an advantage.
Full UK Driving licence.
