Job description
The RSPCA Halifax Huddersfield Bradford & District Branch is currently recruiting an admin officer to work in our accounts department undertaking tasks such as (but not limited to) data entry from excel to Sage 50 Cloud Accounts, reconciling bank accounts and control accounts, entering purchase invoices, answering and directing incoming telephone calls, and general administration as required.
You will need to be computer literate with a good knowledge of the Microsoft Suite. Previous Sage experience is not necessary but is desirable.
You will need to possess excellent organisation skills & have the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels both verbally and in writing.
You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The hours are 20 hours per week over 4 days - these are flexible but ideally 9.30am to 3pm Monday to Thursday with 30 mins unpaid lunch break.
