Avaliable Job Today Spirehouse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract on behalf of a Public Sector organisation based in London.
The Opportunity
The client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to Provide HR Support with organisational change, including redundancy, TUPE, restructures and redeployment activity. Although this will be the main focus of the contract, the client will also require the successful candidate to get involved with a range of complex ER casework, ensuring timely resolution of cases where possible.

Requirements
· CIPD level 5 qualification
· A strong knowledge of TUPE
· Experience working on complex ER cases
