Job description

We are looking to add an Operations Administrator to our team based at our Dartford location.

Main duties;

• Assist with invoicing to clients
• General Admin support to Operations team and Senior Manager
• Filing of operational files within our in house database
• Provide general administrative support to the Senior Managers

Applicants must have previous experience in a customer facing role, good communication skills and be able to display a positive attitude. Good organisational and customer service skills as well as good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages. Experience of company financial processes my be beneficial.
