A permanent part-time vacancy (17 hours) has arisen with the admin team supporting the South West Kent Community Mental Health Service for Older Adults, part of the Kent & Medway Partnership Trust. The vacancy will be across two sites in Sevenoaks and Tunbridge Wells.
We are seeking an Admin Assistant with excellent communication skills, good telephone manner and an overall knowledge of email, Word, etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with colleagues and clients in a friendly and polite manner. Previous relevant experience in a busy community setting would be an advantage.
Training will be given where necessary for patient-based systems.
The main duties will be answering external telephone calls and will include reception cover at front of house, providing admin support to the clinical team, typing letters and booking appointments.
