Salary: £19,760 - £21,000, depending on experience. OTE £45+ £1,500 joining bonus paid upon successful probation
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm plus minimum of one Saturday a month on a rota basis between the hours of 9:00am – 1:00pm.
Location: Horsham, West Sussex.

As part of our strategic alliance with TalkTalk and the development of the home move division of the business our offering to be the ‘one stop shop’ for all your moving needs is rapidly becoming our flagship offering. Working with leading estate agents throughout the UK we are able to offer a concierge style service advising and setting up council tax and water services, energy and entertainment through our partnership with Sky and TalkTalk, plus mobile and our core broadband offering.
Who are we looking for?
Due to the growth of our telecoms company and our partnership with Sky TV, we are currently looking for a Customer Partner to join our Customer Promotions Team in our Horsham office.
We need a dedicated individual to join us, the ideal candidate will be someone who can build a personal connection with our customers whilst working in a fast-paced environment. You will need to think fast, be able to easily adapt to every circumstance, and communicate confidentially to impress and win over our customers, ensuring we offer them an excellent customer experience.
What will you be doing?
Our contact centre is a busy place, you will be ensuring excellent levels of service to our residential customers, whilst being able to deliver strong sales performance both personally and within the team. You will be making approx. 150 outbound calls per day along with webchats, to our existing customers, proactively looking to retain our customers by promoting our products and services, upselling and cross selling our products, helping them make the most of the services they have with us. Be able to turn any negative experiences into positive experiences, whilst working to set targets and KPI’s. Comprehensive training is provided which gives ambitious team members the opportunity to build a long career and develop further within this role.
This position comes with a generous commission scheme and ongoing incentives, which is linked into our individual performance targets, covering; new contracts, call performance, accuracy, add on conversion and workload management.
What do we need from you?
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Friendly, energetic, and able to build relationships
- Thrive in a busy sales environment and enjoys working to targets
- Actively listening and looking for opportunities to promote our products
- Experienced in customer service or contact centre environment (minimum 1 year)
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Experienced in sales and/or retentions (preferred but not essential)
- A quick thinker, able to think on their own feet
