Job Description


You will be…

Playing a key part in the wider Group Finance capability, a critical capability within ASOS Finance that fulfils statutory requirements and ensures a rigorous controls environment is operated to deliver ASOS financial outcomes.

You will support this ambition by:

  • Matching receipts to supplier invoices
  • Preparation of multi-currency payment runs.
  • Managing queries and escalations to resolution
  • Ensuring payments are processed within payment terms
  • Raising debit & credit notes and deducting from payment runs
  • Managing a supplier ledger
  • Reviewing reports and actioning where appropriate so KPI’s are met
  • Meeting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing statement reconciliation on regular rotational basis
  • Liaise with auditors during year end process.

Qualifications

General Technical Expertise

  • Accurate and logical approach to work
  • Great Time Management Skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills

Financial & Commercial Acumen

  • Experience in dealing with multicurrency transactions to receipt to payment (Ideally with stock experience)
  • Exposure to high volume AP processing

Communication & Relationship Skills

  • Robust written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to rapid change
