Do you enjoy helping people and being a friendly face as a point of contact for both guests and colleagues? Are you experienced working at the front of house or a helpdesk and able to provide an organised and efficient service? As a Receptionist with ISS UK, you will be supporting all those on the healthcare site, greeting people, carrying out secretarial tasks and assisting on the Helpdesk & switchboards. Each day you will provide a positive impact for the patients, visitors and staff members alike , making sure everyone has the best experience while there.

The Role
- Meet and greet patients, staff, and visitors offering help and information to those that need it
- Promptly answering incoming calls and face-to-face queries politely
- Assisting callers and visitors where to go / what to do, directing them accordingly
- Keeping accurate records
- Operate the main switchboard, divert and restore the telephone services
- Ensure that all reception areas are kept tidy and presentable.
About You
- Experience in a customer and client facing role preferably for a 2 years
- Have good level of communications skills
- Ability to build a rapport and effectively guide customers, visitors, and colleagues
- Computer literate
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Can react quickly and decisively to problems
