- Meet and greet patients, staff, and visitors offering help and information to those that need it
- Promptly answering incoming calls and face-to-face queries politely
- Assisting callers and visitors where to go / what to do, directing them accordingly
- Keeping accurate records
- Operate the main switchboard, divert and restore the telephone services
- Ensure that all reception areas are kept tidy and presentable.
- Experience in a customer and client facing role preferably for a 2 years
- Have good level of communications skills
- Ability to build a rapport and effectively guide customers, visitors, and colleagues
- Computer literate
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Can react quickly and decisively to problems
