Our Legal Cashier team manages all daily cash transactions paid to the company, ensuring that they are processed in an effective and efficient manner. Our Billing team then reconciles all the payments and bills, transferring monies on regular billing cycles.

- Generating and circulating Aged Creditor and Aged Debtor analysis on a weekly basis
- Managing petty cash and credit card statements
- New client onboarding checks
- Any other management account team duties as required
Dependant on work priorities, around 50% of your time will be spent supporting other teams across the wider Finance department, including:
- The Cashiering team, who are responsible for processing customer payments received via the bank
- The Billing team, who invoice and reconcile our client receipts each day
We ask you to have the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Up to 2 years experience working in a finance role
- Studied (or studying) a finance qualification
- Strong abilities within Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables and V-Lookups
- English and Maths qualifications GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent

While not essential, the following experience and skills are desirable:

Your working hours will be 30 per week, 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Your working week will be 6 hours per day between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, on an agreed weekly shift pattern Monday to Friday. When you join the Finance team, you will have agreed start times subject to the departmental rota, with 6 hour shift start times of 8am, 9am or 10am. Any shift patterns would be discussed and agreed with you on appointment.
