Position Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and growth-orientated Senior IT Internal Auditor to be part of our Internal Audit Team. In this global role, the Senio IT Internal Auditor will assist the Team with the execution of annual audit plan, with a focus on audits that address technology risks in business and technology processes.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Evaluate and validate key technology processes, risks, and controls at the audit engagement level
  • Develop key internal audit results including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries
  • Use problem solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify internal control deficiencies, evaluate their risk implications, and draw the appropriate conclusions.
  • Contribute to well-written and meaningful reports summarizing audit results
  • Proactively manage audit finding tracking and documentation of status updates acquired via management action owners, and timely execution of remediation testing
  • Develop and foster professional relationships within the audit team and across IT and the business
  • Actively seek out performance feedback and mentor and take ownership of personal professional development plan
  • Demonstrate high integrity, credibility, and trustworthiness
  • Think “creatively” and evaluate processes to see opportunities for improvement.
  • The audits and special reviews may include, but are not limited to, IT General Controls, IT Network and Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Information Security, and IT Risk Management, with an objective to improve controls and efficiencies of the activities reviewed.
What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in technology audit, IT governance risk and compliance or related areas
  • Possess strong information technology foundation, with an ability to identify risks and controls in regard to various IT related areas (e.g. cybersecurity, access controls, operations, organizational change, etc.)

  • Self-motivated individual with ability to operate independently and within teams
  • Industry or professional services firm experience
  • Exceptional project management skills including ability to manage sophisticated engagements, meet project deadlines, and capability to prioritize tasks based on vitality
  • Experience with Information security / cyber frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, CIS, etc. )
  • Professional certification (e.g. CIA, CISA, CISSP, etc.), or the desire and determination to pursue such
  • Culturally aware and interested in developing relationships and working effectively with a diverse workforce located throughout the world
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as needed (once travel is permitted)
