Job description
We are seeking an Office based Accounts Administrative Assistant to join our Aberdeen team and support our Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to effectively multi-task.
Responsibilities include:
· Provide administrative support
· Raising customer invoices
· Processing of supplier invoices
· Answer phones and respond to emails
· Assist clients with finance related queries as required
· Helping maintain office filing system
· Perform various clerical duties
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour
