Compass Corporate services are proud to be working with a leading national health care organisation to recruit a hybrid Financial Accountant based in Milton Keynes corporate office who will be required to spend circa 3 days per week from the office and 2 days remotely. It is a very exciting time to join this well established, market leading organisation as they build their finance team following the appointment of a new CFO. As the Financial Accountant you will play a pivotal part in shaping the accounting and reporting processes within the department and across the company, and supporting the Financial Controller in the delivery of a robust reporting and control environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller of the business and the post holder is responsible for ensuring that accurate and timely financial information is recorded. The job holder will report directly to the Financial Controller and is expected to adopt a professional and caring attitude, with a polite and courteous manner in all aspects of communication.
Requirements
Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
Comprehensive bookkeeping and management accounting services
Strong analytical abilities and experience in analysing financial data
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Location
The Corporate offices are based in Milton Keynes and you will have the option of a hybrid working experience (2/3 days WFH)
Interview Process
The interview process will be a two-stage process consisting of a on site interview in the Milton Keynes office with the current Financial Controller & Interim CFO
