As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll join the Colleague Channels Platform working within the Customer Contacts Lab in the Colleague Desktop team. This team is at the heart of reimagining the systems used by our colleagues to serve and support our customers; it will break free of traditional silos and look across all business units and channels. This will improve customer journeys and bring more opportunities for development and growth for our colleagues.

Typically, a Lab has a strong focus on complex problem solving in an agile environment where colleagues are free to experiment and create innovative products which will transform the way our customers engage with us.

We’re looking for Business Analysts who bring fresh ideas, so we’d be looking for you to have 4+ years relevant working experience and proficient in the following areas:

Understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques and experience of their practical application.
Experience of requirements traceability and solution assessment.
Experience of using Agile methodologies and tools (such as Confluence and JIRA) is preferable.
Supporting Product Owner(s) and be an integral part of a feature team transforming our colleague servicing capabilities.
Supporting the BA team with your analysis experience and coaching / mentoring others.
Applying your experience to key analysis activity as required such as driving requirement elicitation and refinement, working closely with our stakeholders and engineers to understand and explain solutions to ensure the business needs are met, support test preparation and execution.

Location: Manchester.
