Regional Account Manager - Motor Finance - South West of England
Salary - from 53k p.a. + company bonus scheme
Fully expensed company car
Laptop, phone & iPad
Hours – 40 per week (1 hour lunch)
Field based covering the following postcodes - BS, TA, EX, PL, TQ, TR

The Role
Regional Account Manager at Oodle Car Finance
We are looking for a Regional Account Manager - South West of England reporting to the Southern Field Sales Manager. This is a great opportunity to take responsibility for a region in the UK to deliver high quality, growth and profitable business for Oodle. You'll be home based /field-based with 4 days per week in the field which will require regular overnight stays.
This role is incredibly challenging yet filled with excitement, pace and opportunity. Our trade is an increasingly competitive market, meaning the successful candidate should have clear decision-making skills, strategic focus and the ability to deliver results.

What you'll be getting up to:
The role will cover the following but is not limited to:
- Build rapport and relationships with new and existing introducers
- Achieve sales and performance targets set by the business
- Recruit high quality Franchise Dealers, Independent dealers and brokers
- Produce reports and generate commercial insights from the data
- Present to Senior Management on the performance of regional area
- Complete ad hoc tasks as and when needed by the business
- Work with other Regional Account Managers to identify opportunities within the existing client base and to support new business activity
- Ensure all Dealer contacts and transactions are up to date on Oodle systems
The role will be a great fit if:
- Great client facing experience from an auto finance background
- Successful record of business growth and retention
- Great commercial acumen and understating the product
- Great experience of using software in your day to day
- Competent in FCA compliance and guidelines
