This role is Hybrid working.
The main tasks within this role will be to maintain and develop existing client accounts, using consultative and resourceful methods, along with robust data in order to substantiate and enhance our offerings and benefit profitably.
Key Duties:
- Retain and develop healthy relationships with external stakeholders (clients, account managers).
- Ensure an excellent knowledge of client businesses and sectors (knowing your client’s business).
- Research and keep up to date with any commercial or industry news / changes.
- Present capabilities to clients, through direct communication, face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails, representing the business at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
- Prepare and be accountable for client proposals, client contracts (with support from legal and commercial colleagues) and further documentation, ensuring internal processes are followed.
- Be completely responsible for organising and hosting meetings with clients.
- Maintain Salesforce, ensuring access to immediate data.
- Prepare and present management information.
- Manage client queries and work closely with operations to ensure that those queries are resolved in a timely manner.
Key Skills:
- Account management experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- The ability to interpret data for a variety of audiences.
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including; written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude to dealing with people.
- Capable of working independently and having responsibility as an individual.
- UK driving license (own car is preferable).

Salary: £38,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
