Job Summary:

As a Luxury Travel Consultant, your primary responsibility is to help clients plan and book unforgettable luxury travel experiences. You will work with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and requirements and use your travel expertise to create customized travel itineraries. You will manage all aspects of the travel planning process, from booking flights and accommodations. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure the highest level of service. Our speciality is focused on luxury destinations and tailor made itineraries with a high average booking value. The successful candidate will be experienced in creating amazing journeys and working with key suppliers in the travel industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients' preferences, interests, and requirements to create customized travel plans
  • Booking a wide variety of Worldwide luxury tailor made holidays for clients face to face and over the phone
  • Effectively communicate with clients to identify their needs and preferences and provide recommendations for destinations, accommodations, among others
  • Maximising sales and customer experience by suggesting excursions, upgrades etc
  • Manage all aspects of the travel booking process, including booking flights, accommodations

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance the travel experience and ensure repeat business

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the latest information and experiences
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to travel bookings
  • Providing exceptional service to clients
  • Provide expert travel advice on worldwide luxury destinations
  • Strive to exceed personal/team revenue targets


Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in luxury travel planning and booking
  • Strong knowledge of luxury travel destinations and experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Proficiency in travel booking software and applications
