As our Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our clients' podcast adventures by managing their projects from concept to completion. You'll be their main point of contact, ensuring their expectations are not only met but blown out of the water. Get ready to make some noise!
What you'll be doing:
1. Building relationships with our corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and goals to deliver high-quality podcast projects.
2. Collaborating with our creative team to develop innovative podcast concepts and strategies that break the mould and push the boundaries.
3. Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure the highest quality and a smooth production process.
4. Providing regular progress updates to clients and managing feedback loops, keeping them engaged and excited about their podcast journey.
5. Identifying opportunities for account growth, upselling additional services, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Who we're looking for:

2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within a creative agency or the podcasting industry.

Salary: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
